Esports team Discord server template

A private server for an amateur esports team: availability, practice and scrims, strategies, VODs to review and tournament results, with a corner for the coach.

7 channels · 3 roles · 3 messages

Free: no credits, no AI. You adjust it before anything changes on Discord.

You log in with Discord first: the server is built in a server of yours.

Version française

For a roster of five starters, a few subs and a coach who need to know who plays tonight. Availability, practice and scrims are organised in one place, strategies stay within the team, and VODs wait to be reviewed together.

The results of each tournament are kept, and the coach gets a channel of their own. The server stays small and closed: the safety settings follow, and nothing changes on Discord before you build.

Messages and banners

Posted at the build, in Discord's own layout, each with a banner drawn for the server.

Message style

One rule per line, no block

Colors

Same words, another layout, no AI. You can still change it on your plan's page.

📜 Team rules
1. Everything stays in the team. Strategies, lineups, opponent notes and scrim details are not shared with anyone outside the roster. No screenshots, no retelling in other servers.
2. Don't invite anyone. If you think someone should join, ask the coach.
3. Post your availability on time. Answer in # availability before the deadline the coach sets. Silence counts as unavailable.
4. Cancel early. If you can't make a practice or scrim, say so in # availability as soon as you know, not at start time.
5. Log results the same day. Opponent, score, date and a short note in # results.
6. Starters and subs get the same respect. Critique the play, not the person. VOD feedback names a moment, not a player's worth.
7. Keep calls for the right place. Game talk goes in # strategy or # vod-review, banter in # general.
8. No slurs, sexual content or harassment. AutoMod blocks the obvious ones, the staff handles the rest. Some of us are minors, so keep it clean.
Sanctions
First, a warning from the coach. Second, a timeout. Third, loss of your role and your place in the team channels. Leaks go straight to a decision by the coach.
Contact the staff
Message the coach directly or mention @Coach in # general.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Using a template costs no credit and no AI call, and it does not use your free AI plan. Only “Personalise with AI” is a plan written for you, and your first one is free.

Which server does it build in?

A new server of yours: create one in Discord, add the Builder, and it builds there. It only builds in a fresh server, never in one already in use.

Can I change it before the build?

Yes. On your plan's page you rename or remove channels, categories and roles, then you build. After the build you can undo it for 7 days.

How is it different from a Discord template link?

A Discord template copies channels, roles and settings. This one also posts the rules, the welcome and the guides with their banners, and sets up onboarding and AutoMod.

Does the Builder stay in my server?

No. It needs Administrator only to build: it leaves 24 hours later, or at once when you click Finish.

Want texts of your own?

The AI writes a server for your community, starting from this one's subject. Your first plan is free, the next ones cost credits.
