Freelance and business Discord server template

A server for freelancers and entrepreneurs: help with prospecting and admin, shared leads and missions, experience feedback and coworking in voice.

12 channels · 5 roles · 4 messages

Free: no credits, no AI. You adjust it before anything changes on Discord.

You log in with Discord first: the server is built in a server of yours.

Version française

For freelancers and small business owners who would rather not work alone. Prospecting, pricing and paperwork each have their channel, leads and missions are shared in one place, and feedback from experience is easy to find.

Coworking happens in voice, and the rules keep self-promotion where it belongs. The tone is professional, the layout sober: adapt it to your trade before the build.

Messages and banners

Posted at the build, in Discord's own layout, each with a banner drawn for the server.

Message style

One coloured block, with a banner on top

Colors

Same words, another layout, no AI. You can still change it on your plan's page.

RULES YOUR SERVER discordgate.com
📜 Community rules
1. Share leads and missions openly.
Post them in the leads and missions channels only, never by private message or in other channels.
2. Do not sell leads or recruit on the side.
Selling leads, taking people away to private messages for work, and recruiting outside the missions channel are not allowed.
3. Give context with every lead or mission.
For a mission: scope, budget, deadline and how to apply. For a lead: what you know and how to follow up. Unpriced or vague posts may be removed.
4. No scams or suspicious offers.
No advance fees, gift cards, payment through unusual channels or requests to pay in order to apply. Report anything doubtful to a moderator.
5. No unsolicited self-promotion.
Present your own services only when asked, or in answer to a mission post. Do not send unrequested messages to members.
6. Keep to the topic of each channel.
One question per post in help, one experience or offer per post in feedback. Tool talk goes in tools.
7. Keep client details confidential.
When discussing an experience or an offer, leave out names, contact details and anything that identifies a client without their consent.
8. Stay professional and respectful.
Criticize the work or the offer, not the person. Muted microphones in the Focus room, please.
Sanctions
A reminder for a first minor breach, then a timeout, then a kick. Scams, lead-selling and harassment lead directly to a ban.
Contact the staff
Write directly to any Moderator, listed at the top of the member list, to report a problem or contest a decision.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Using a template costs no credit and no AI call, and it does not use your free AI plan. Only “Personalise with AI” is a plan written for you, and your first one is free.

Which server does it build in?

A new server of yours: create one in Discord, add the Builder, and it builds there. It only builds in a fresh server, never in one already in use.

Can I change it before the build?

Yes. On your plan's page you rename or remove channels, categories and roles, then you build. After the build you can undo it for 7 days.

How is it different from a Discord template link?

A Discord template copies channels, roles and settings. This one also posts the rules, the welcome and the guides with their banners, and sets up onboarding and AutoMod.

Does the Builder stay in my server?

No. It needs Administrator only to build: it leaves 24 hours later, or at once when you click Finish.

Want texts of your own?

The AI writes a server for your community, starting from this one's subject. Your first plan is free, the next ones cost credits.
